In July 22, 2009, BS D&I launched TO-92, TO-251 and TO-252 types of 600V power MOSFET, its device names are DFN1N60A, DFU1N60A and DFD1N60A.
Comparing current DFX1N60, switching characteristics are much improved, so it is well suited for small power rating of switching mode power supply. |
